Simple DIY: Transdermal Magnesium using Skin Fuel

Benefits of Magnesium Magnesium is an essential mineral required by every cell in your body. Among its many benefits, Magnesium plays a vital role in over 300 enzymatic reactions, including metabolism and protein synthesis. It also makes an effective & inexpensive deodorant.  Adding a Magnesium Chloride Oil to your Skin Fuel can help your body access the benefits of Magnesium while eliminating the costs, chemicals, and waste of traditional personal care products like deodorants and hair-holding products. Here's a simple, DIY recipe to create your own: You'll need 3 things... Magnesium Chloride Oil: We use Ancient Minerals — it comes from the Ancient Zechstein Sea, a 250-million-year-old seabed in Northern Europe that is almost two miles underground.(Look for Magnesium Chloride vs Magnesium Sulfate — AKA Epsom Salts — which is manmade and leaves the body faster. Magnesium Chloride is 100% natural, and this form of Magnesium has been shown to effectively address a Magnesium deficiency.)  Skin Fuel: Akamai's multipurpose body oil optimized for skin and hair — made with 6 nutrient-rich natural ingredients and nothing else. Clean empty pump bottle: Reusing an empty Skin Fuel bottle works great.  How to make & use your Mag Oil: Mix: Fill your bottle 1/2 way with Magnesium oil, then top it off with Skin Fuel. (This 50/50 blend provides maximum Magnesium concentration/benefits without being itchy.) Shake Well: Important! Before each use, shake your bottle well to ensure even distribution of the Magnesium oil and Skin Fuel.  Apply: Pump a small amount into your hands, rub together, and apply to body (or to hair for a hair hold). Why Transdermal Magnesium vs. Magnesium Pills? Many people choose topical Magnesium oil because they have found that putting it on their skin absorbs the Magnesium better and quicker than swallowing pills. Plus, using Magnesium oil means you don't have to take as many vitamins by mouth. Why is my skin fuel brown?

Skin Fuel is brownish, and that is a good thing! You can see the fulvic acid, rich in trace minerals, macro minerals, organic acids, antioxidants, polyphenols, electrolytes, amino acids, naturally occurring vitamins, and other micronutrients.  Remember to shake it well to distribute all of the fulvic acid goodness!
