If you're having trouble accessing your account or managing your subscription, try the following:
- Select the Account icon in the top right corner of our website.
- Enter the email address or phone number associated with your account.
- Retrieve the 6 digit verification code sent to your email or phone and enter it to sign in.
- Once logged in, select "Subscriptions" to view and update your active subscriptions.
If you don't receive the verification code, check your spam or junk folder. Check that you're using the correct email address or phone number, and try requesting a new code.
