Can I add (or delete) products?

To add a product to your subscription Log in to your account using the same email you used to create an account. Click “Manage Subscriptions”. On your subscription, click the button that says “Add a Product”. Find the product you want to add, select one-time or subscription, and follow the prompts. Click “Add Product”. To delete a product from your subscription Log in to your account using the same email you used to create an account. Click “Manage Subscriptions”. On the Manage Subscriptions page, go to your current subscription product you'd like to cancel and click the button labeled "Manage Subscription" Under the “Your Subscription” options column click "Cancel”. (Left column on desktop view) Desktop view:   Mobile view: Select a reason for canceling (all feedback is helpful!) and click "Cancel Subscription".  All future orders will reflect your change.   We are here to help manage your subscription. How can I manage my subscription and what are my options?

You have full control over your subscription Simply log in to your account. You can manage many things related to your subscription, including: Skip shipments Change your subscription's order ship date Change quantities Add products to your subscription Swap products Add a one-time purchase Update billing, shipping, and credit card info Cancel your subscription After you log in, click "Manage Subscriptions", and then next to the items in your subscription, click on the links you wish to use under the “Your Subscription” column. Click the “Edit” link to change your order date, quantity, shipping, billing & credit card information. You can also use the “Edit” link to skip your shipment, swap products, or cancel your subscription. Note: Having Trouble Logging In? Make sure you've "Activated your Account", which means creating a password. You can do this by clicking on the link in the account activation email sent to you after you place your order. Or, click on the "Register" button on our log in page. Forgot your password? Can I skip shipments or change my ship date?

Yes. You can skip a shipment, choose a new delivery date, or choose to ship your subscription right away.  Log in to your account using the same email you used to create an account, and click on the link that says “Manage Subscriptions”.  Under "Active Subscriptions", go to the product you want to change dates for and click the "Manage Subscription" button on the right. Click "Next Shipment" and choose your next preferred ship day.  Click the "Update Next Shipment" button or hit "Order Now" to ship your product asap.  To simply skip your next shipment and delay your order another interval (whichever one you've set up: 2, 4, 6 months), scroll down below the "Active Subscriptions" panel and click "Skip Shipment".     We are here to help manage your subscription. How do I add a one-time purchase to my subscription?

If you have an active subscription and want to add a one-time purchase to your next shipment:  Log in to your account using the same email you used to create an account. Click “Manage Subscriptions”. On the top right of your subscription panel, click the orange button that says “Add Product”. Find the product you want to add and select the option to add the product as a one-time order. Click “Add Product”. Notes: Payment for the item will be processed when it ships. Alternatively, you can make a one-time purchase directly on our site. I forgot my password.

I can't log in to manage my subscription, it isn't working

If you already have an active account (meaning you set up a password), and you are having trouble logging in, or problems with the customer portal, such as making changes to your subscription, credit card, or addresses, it could be your browser, Safari in particular. Here is what our subscription software provider, Recharge, recommends: "If the customer is using Safari version 13, that could be the issue. The best remedy here is to ensure that browsers are updated to the current version, which is now Safari 14, and to use another browser like Chrome or Firefox." If that doesn't work, you can try clearing your browser cache. You can do this by going to your browser (top right corner, right-click), going to > settings, then > history, and then > clear history. If this does not fix the problem, please contact us at: support@akamaibasics.com. If possible, include the browser you are using and any error messages that appeared. We sincerely apologize for any issues you might encounter managing your subscription. What if I have too much product?

You can skip a shipment, decrease the quantities on your next order, set a future ship date, or cancel your subscription. Can I change quantities?

Yes. You can do this in two ways by changing quantities of your subscription (this will change all your upcoming orders).  Simply log in to your account and click on the link that says “Manage Subscription”. Look for the "Actions" column on your subscription, then click "Edit".  Navigate to "Change quantity" then click "Edit". Add in your desired quantity, then click "Update quantity". I have an account but I can't log in or manage my subscription

While you created an Account with your first order, you need to "Activate it" (create a password) to manage your Account and Subscription. You can do this (Activate/Create a Password) by clicking on the link in the "Account Activation" email sent to you after you place your first order.  If you can't find the email, no worries, just contact support@akamaibasics.com and we'll send out another activation email to you, or help you with anything else you need.   We are here to help manage your subscription. Can I cancel my subscription? and how?

Yes - at any time, for any reason. While we’d hate to see you go, we make it easy. No tricks or stumbling blocks, but there are a few steps to follow: Log in to your account using the email you used to create an account. (To log in, you need to "Activate your Account" (if you haven't already), which means creating a password. Use the link in the account activation email sent to you after you place your order.) Click on “Manage Subscriptions”. You'll see a list of your active subscriptions. On the right, click "Manage Subscription". After that, scroll down the page, on the left-hand side you'll see an option to "Skip Shipment" (this will move your shipment to the next scheduled date), or further down, at the bottom on the left, there is a link to "cancel my subscription". Click the link to "cancel my subscription"(if you prefer not to Skip your shipment, or even set a new date) then select the reason for canceling and click "Proceed", then click "cancel my subscription" and you are done!   We are here to help manage your subscription. This is a great way to get an extra item or two shipped with your next order or to try a new product before subscribing. Including a visual display of the items in your subscription. Free shipping sitewide for mainland US orders $60 and up. Subscription Orders Merging. In our commitment to minimize the environmental footprint associated with shipping products, we're implementing a practice of consolidating upcoming subscription orders. By synchronizing the charge dates of subscriptions linked to the same shipping address, we can ship them together. This means your orders may have been merged if they were originally scheduled for different days. This consolidation is designed to reduce packaging waste and the environmental impact of multiple shipments. How do I update my credit card information?

You can edit your credit card information while logged into your online account. Here are the steps: 1. Log in to your account.  2. Click "Manage Subscriptions". You will see your current subscriptions. 3. Click "Payment Methods" in the right-hand corner. 4. To update the card on file, click "Add New Payment Method". 5. Enter the new card information and billing address, then click the "Add Payment Method" button. Once the new card is added, you must make sure that it is connected to your active subscriptions.  Navigate to "Shipping Addresses" by clicking on the menu at the top. Click the down arrow to the right of "Associated Payment Method". You should see the new card entered. Select the new card. Click "Change Payment Method" at the bottom of the screen.
